As a Deputy Manager at AM/NS, one of the largest and most respected conglomerates in India, I oversee the freight and logistics operations for the steel division, handling multiple projects and contracts with customers and partners across the globe.I am proficient in freight management, CHA, and logistics management software, and I have contributed to the optimization of the supply chain and the reduction of costs and risks. For example, I also coordinated with the transport and warehouse teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of the goods, achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
