- I have assembled a UXlab team of 20 researchers, now there is a researcher in every product line, more than 6000 respodents pass through us a year- I have prepared a competence map and an individual development plan for the whole team, we have a very low outflow rate of researchers and many guys have grown in my department from an intern to a leading researcher- Organized an internal agency to search for respondents (15 people in the Support team). As a result, we reduced the cost of recruiting by 2 times and qualitatively improved the speed and efficiency- Together with the PMA department, we organized the discovery process and a double diamond for the entire company- Conducted more than 100 interviews on hiring product managers. Conducted more than 200 interviews on hiring researchers. Result: 20 people are now in the research team (I hired 31 in total) and more than 90 researchers in the Cloud Research team of external freelancers (see link below)- I gathered a community of Cloud Research freelancers in Russia and the CIS, which made it possible to expand the resource of my team, increase the bandwidth of Discovery. We have done more than 50 projects for Avito and more than 70 projects for other companies with their help. - Implemented software in our services for monitoring, surveys and unmoderated tests (Appsee, UXCrowd, SbS YandexToloka, UXFeedback)- Сonducted 3 internship programs for last 3 years, in 2021 we had 150 applications and as a result we took 7 interns to the department- I constantly speak and write articles, telling about the processes, approaches and results of our team. In total, I was a speaker at more than 15 conferences and in 5 podcasts. Participant of the ProducSense, ProductCamp, ProfsoUX, WUD, CXForum, DesignWeekend, etc. - Developed the author's course "Usability and interview" - conducted it 4 times in Avito, taught it 3 times for external teams.
