As a Key Account Manager (KAM), I was responsible for the P&L of West & North Zones. I ensured the development of “Mount Litera Zee School” brand using 360 degree brand building exercises and generation of revenue through student admissions and their retention.I worked rigorously to ensure consistency for the customers across all partner schools. As part of account management team, I worked closely with the business partners (HNIs) to ensure compliance (in Brand, Finance & Academics) with the company policies.

As a Regional Manager I have had the opportunity to manage brands/ products - Kidzee, Zee School, DID Lil Masters Academy & Parent toddler program in Maharastra & Goa. I was also part of the team to launch new products. I conducted extensive consumer research to identify the needs of the K-12 school parents and devise strategies to build marketing campaigns addressing those concerns.
