Senior HR business Partner for two location (NCR & Kolkata), Managing strategic Programs and HR operations

Working Experience: Total 7 Years of experience CAREER CONTOURSince Oct 2011(HCL Technologies Ltd-IOMC Division)-Assistant Manager-HCMAssociated with HREP Role for SEZ location and taking take of 6 projects working in US,UK and APAC Region for entire HR Gamut. Directly handled up to 750 employees and managed 1 Team Members with over 1050 Employees• Part of transition of 5 projects – Operating under SEZ frame works• Provide HR support within HR Services and assigned projects to ensure HR best practice, process improvement and quality standards are implemented.• Manage India level HR analytics including attrition analysis, performance data analysis, and talent matrix.• Produce accurate employee correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring relevant data capture and that files are regularly updated.• Sustain and maintain HRIS systems and work flow. Own data accuracy and data integrity with respect to changes to personal details, payroll changes, references, promotions, terminations, visas, and enhanced reporting requirements.• Manage end to end induction program and partner with L&D for various new hire programs• Effectively manage employee ‘life cycle’, answer all employee queries and regions. • Partner with other HR leads, HR teams areas/functions minimizing the chain of interactions required.• Manage insurance and other employee benefit programs.• Provide formal and informal advice on company and statutory polices and procedures, eg; holiday entitlements, maternity leave requirements, static and flexible benefit schemes.• Investigate research and make recommendations for implementation of new policies and procedures supporting local and overseas operations.• Contribute as an individual and team member to the enhancement of processes, procedures and systems use within HR Services• Use opportunities for knowledge sharing and cross-training within HR Services, across HR Co-coordinator roles.
