With a degree in Commerce and masters in Business Administration, he started his BPO career at Ajuba Solutions Private Limited, India and served there for 6 plus years in a leadership capacity. Later, he moved on to Omega Healthcare Private Limited, India where he was part of the senior management team during his tenure of 3 years.Praveen is an expert in managing full service revenue cycle management process and in his recent assignment he successfully spearheaded 500 plus employees; Consistently generating annual collections of $500 Million. He is well known for his leadership and interpersonal skills. Praveen believes in “TRUST” more than anything else. He lives in Chennai, India along with his family.
