Media Asset Management for EventsI led the development of a media asset management platform tailored for event photographers and clients. The application leveraged face recognition technology to organize and share event photos while enabling seamless collaboration on photo selection. My role involved:• Conducting business analysis to capture and refine client requirements effectively.• Supervising the development process using Python and Django, ensuring the platform's scalability and reliability.• Overseeing content creation and ensuring it aligned with the application’s objectives.• Managing end-to-end testing of all functionalities, including face recognition, portfolio creation, and client collaboration features. This project successfully delivered an efficient solution for organizing and managing event media, enhancing the client experience for photographers and their customers.

I led the development of a mobile application designed to enhance emotional wellness, tailored to meet client requirements. My responsibilities included:• Collaborating closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the product aligned with their vision.• Managing and delegating tasks across a multidisciplinary team, fostering a cohesive and efficient workflow.• Overseeing the end-to-end development process, from initial concept to deployment on both iOS and Android platforms.• Successfully launching the first version of the application, followed by coordinating updates for the second version, incorporating user feedback and advanced features.
