I am assigned to a project consisting of both Piping and Pipeline activities(IGSMC PROJECT). I am also assigned the role of interface to coordinate and regular meetings with different companies as our project is in the vicinity of other Major companies pipelines.

● Opening daily permits in Brown Field of KNPC MAA REFINERY.● Carrying out Piping erection operations and construction of fuel gas line including all related supports and steam tracing and construction of BS11 and BS21 area of the brown field.● To ensure that the pipeline and all the facilities have been completed according to the Project Specifications● Check all the components of pipeline, pipeline assembly, welding joints according to isometrics, orientation, alignment and plumpness and the quality of installation, their compliance with the drawings and specifications and manufacturer’s instructions are followed.● Dewatering and drying of the pipeline that has been completed in accordance with specifications and approved procedures.● Testing and adequate flushing of all piping systems, removal of all blinds or spool pieces used during hydrostatic testing and proper positioning of spectacle blinds.● All pipeline pressure and leak tests have been completed and check all relevant certified test documents have been received.● Preservation of pipelines are carried out to maintain pre-commissioning conditions either with dry air or nitrogen. ● Preparation and execution of leak test including high pressure nitrogen leak test● Steam blowing of pipe lines ● Supervising installation of underground storage tanks and pipeline.

● Performing and overseeing mechanical works for the building construction site.● Mechanical works including installation of lifts and Sewage Treatment Plants.● Coordinating lift design specifications and procurement of the materials required.● Allocating daily job, monitoring, and ensuring compliance to the Health & Safety procedures.

● Taking the daily Permit to Work and coordinating the works assigned for the full course of employment.● Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.● Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.● Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.● Performing Site Modification of Design Drawings related to Piping & Equipment arrangements.● Renovation of the reformer during shutdown with the replacement of 960 tubes and replacement of damaged refractory linings. ● Coordinating in the manufacturing of Ethylene tank● Performing & coordinating the As-Built & Commissioning.● Attend the progress meeting with Client and meetings regarding the closure of work packs● Extensive experience in performing the project requirements and with Safety, on-time completion as per standard requirement and planning.● Coordinating with Engineering and Construction Department and liaise with the Client on engineering requirement details.● Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings.

● Designing of Pipe routing using PDMS, Piping Layout, General Arrangement● Preparation of Valve List, Line List ● Preparation of Isometrics using CADD● Actively involved in Pipe Rack Design & Pipe Supports● Taking As-Built● Revising the isometrics according to the site conditions● Attending client meetings for the different schedules● Provide piping inputs to Process Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)● Preparing and reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general codes● Preparing and reviewing valves data sheets
