• Managing day-to-day activities of team, handling queries and help team members with technical knowledge and skills• Monitoring team performance and report on metrics• Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Excel and Power BI. • Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently. • Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making. • To be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks. • Developing strategic plans to increase productivity• Conduct weekly /monthly review meetings with the team members• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge• Organizing staff meetings in regards to new products and procedures• Suggesting and organizing team building activities & helping improve their communication skills• Listen to team member feedbacks and resolve any issues or conflicts

• Develop and monitor each conference project plan with timelines, risk management assessment with mitigation actions relating to all aspects of the conference to ensure time, risk and cost run according to established plan• Collaborate and Coordinate with the sponsorship and Marketing Communications departments to implement the organization’s event production, communications and profit goals• Ensure all aspects of the marketing and communication plan are delivered on time in accordance with the project plan• Coordinate with supporting associations, PR & media partners, Seminar organizers & speakers• Travel as necessary for site selection and event attendance Book travel and track travel expenses to remain in budget• Determine clear metrics and objectives for program success and evaluate and report on success measures• Ensure that program deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality• Maintains exceptional levels of customer service and evaluate customer satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.• Research market trends and generates new ideas for conferences and events service / products to maintain a competitive market leading edge.• Managing the event on-site, ensuring the smooth execution of events as well as networking with senior business leaders for future engagements and business.• Manage database and all aspects of the registration process, pre-conference and onsite• Sourcing & researching clients / customer database from multiple resources • Integrating and Creating Dashboard for sales performance, Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement• Categorizing and Maintaining Clients database• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market and analyze sales funnels and customer intent• Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, SMM, etc.,)
