- Monitor & drive end to end project execution across line functions and across suppliers, ensuring that the project's goals and objectives are met within the committed cost and schedule. - Provide integrated planning (activities, milestones, resources) throughout all project phases to the client. - Calculate total time allocation required to meet project milestones. Divide the work within the team based on required knowledge & experience and available time. Prepare and send quotations to client to get agreement on the resource cost for the planned scope. - Keep abreast of major project activities and maintain frequent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.- Maintain contacts with the client and support the commercial management in the acquisition of new projects.- Pro-actively lead a team of professionals (~6 FTE) by fostering a team culture to leverage each other, setting clear expectations and direction, providing frequent feedback on employee performance, and offering support to improve skill gaps.- Support project team members by helping them remove all bottlenecks/constraints that block project progress.
