VFX Supervisor/ FX Lead

Responsible for all operations of the visual effects division within the company• Point person and primary contact for clients throughout production• Supervising visual effects work for various film and TV Commercial projects• Responsible for preparing all vfx bid preparation and work estimates • All department hiring• Determines technical approach and pipeline for production• Attending dailies, walk-throughs and production meetings in studio or virtually as required• Assigns tasks/shots to artists and monitors shot progress• On-set vfx supervision• Final internal approval all vfx department work

Supervising animation and visual effects work for various film projects• Assists with projects scheduling• Staffing in collaboration with studio leadership• Determines technical approach and pipeline for production• Creating FX like Fire, water, Dust and other high end environmental effects for the shots• Attending dailies, walkthroughs and production meetings in studio• Assigns tasks/shots to artists and monitors shot progress• Management of sequence continuity• Identifies problems and effectively implements solutions• Quality control on all department work• On-set vfx supervision• Assembled rendered layers and composited them to create final shot while ensuring continuity with work of other artists• Tasked with training new artists in the department, and assisting with their integration into the pipeline
