In this fast moving and generation upgrading world, it is becoming very difficult to find a suitable workforce for the organizations, I am having some years (13+) of experience in same domain where I felt these challenges throughout my career. Since I always wanted to become an entrepreneur because I believe that is the only way to make a change in this world, I have started my entrepreneurship journey, after acquiring in depth knowledge from various companies (including MNCs), with Benchmark One & Benchmark Group. The subsequent years have been a roller-coaster of highs and lows, success, and failures. But we are ready, steady to go and set a benchmark every day in this world.In these years we have enrolled 300+ national and international clients from a very small town of India. My prior human resource management experience at GVK and Tata gives me an understanding of how to lead people and run businesses successfully, face any kind of situation whether I can resolve it or not. I rely on those learnings to improve and channelize myself to be a better person, team player, leader, entrepreneur every day.I always believe any successful organization builds on the strong foundation of its human resource, so build them strong to keep organization strong.
