As Project Engineer, I oversaw the activities of the MDU & hauling team including Subcontractor management, designing reports/drawings assessments and managing construction activities. It was my duty as Site Engineer to perform Deport management such as carrying out Engineering scoping and procurement, Tender assessment, Subcontractor management, designing reports/drawings assessments and managing construction activities. I provided support to the Project manager with the preparation and review of scope of work, price schedule and collected data to oversee cost control and carried out Interface management.I also rigorously evaluated processes and implemented processes to ensure the company’s and clients’ QA requirements are maintained. I undertook regular site visits to coordinate construction and installation and oversaw testing and commissioning and ensured adherence to environmental requirements. In my role as Junior Engineer, I identified and addressed NBN contract issues and review processes to make necessary modifications. I conducted field walkout validations and record variations. I also performed BOQ review, ensuring all variations are recorded and included in the documents. I make necessary revisions on drawing reviews and issues for construction.
