Responsibilities:• Currently working on NMC (Nagpur Municipal Corporation) project as a System administrator.• Administration of RHEL and CentOS servers and support on-call issues related to production in a 24x7 environment.• Regularly monitor and maintain server health using the Monitoring tool Zabbix.• Manage daily activities encompassing user support and system administration tasks.• Resolved incident tickets reported by clients and event monitoring systems.• Document related troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles.• Arrange meetings with customers and application teams through MS Teams/Webex meetings to understand their issues or requirements for their application.• Patch management for all servers and perform server operating system upgrades.• Collaboration with vendors to ensure requirements were met and service levels maintained.

Responsibilities:• Work primarily on Linux administration and handle RHEL and Centos Servers.• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux Servers in a production support environment.• Administered user and group accounts, as well as system files.• Managed permissions for users and directories.• Configured and maintained LVM (Logical Volume Manager).• Installed packages and performed patching using RPM and Yum.• Installed and configured various services, including SSH, Postfix, FTP, Samba, etc.• Automate Linux systems as needed using cronjob and shell scripts.• Travel to client sites for installations, deployments, and troubleshooting.• Monitor all servers, networks, and services using the Zabbix Monitoring tool.• Install, configure, and troubleshoot web servers.• Manage the installation of web-based Applications on RHEL/CentOS Server.
