-In current project working as a JLR lead engineer for exterior bespoke content on Range Rover V generation.-Served 1.75 years in United Kingdom for JLR-Create Master sections considering Tooling Feasibilities leading and progressing the design in line with the program timescales and deliverable cadence 3D& 2D (CATIA V5/V6)-Complete ownership of Cad design and modelling of plastic and composite Tailgate assembly.-Complete ownership of CAD design and modeling of exterior trim components-Preparing the number of feasible packaging proposals, feasible engineering surfaces to meet studio requirements. Check bumper styling feasibility and regulation check. Ensure Standard methodologies are followed to meet Regulatory, Safety & Quality requirements.Produce engineering design and concepts into 3D models using CATIA V5/V6.Management of created CAD into Team center ensuring all model attributes are completed.Variant management, data managementUse Digibuck to review and present design conceptsTake CAD designs from concept to finished model and produce finished drawings for engineering release Support and/or investigate resolution of build issues during pre-production builds and launch phaseAttachment- concepts and studies Lead the design reviews with cross functional teams & lead engineers.Ensuring that all project deliverables are met at given time with Dashboard document.Identifying all risks of the programme and making appropriate capitalization documents (Lessons learned, Technical Reports) to feed/improve Design and Development standards and guidelines.Interaction with Cross functional teamMaintain the weight sheet tracker to see alignment with project targets in terms of cost,quality and function..
