The other positions that I have held are Director - Modern Food Industries Ltd and BON India Ltd.Continued as Adviser to Hindustan Lever Ltd as well Indigo Lever Shared Services (now known as CAPGEMINI)My role in the above companies was primarily leading the mergers and acquisitions as well as disinvestment and business restructuring and enhancing Human Resources performanceI have been a HR consultant to leading Indian companies, such as Tata Chemicals, Mahindra & Mahindra, Con- Agra, Britannia, Bata, TNT among others.I have had the honour of representing India as the Employers Representative at the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Geneva.Apart from the corporate sector, I offer my pro bono advisory services to charitable organisations and NGO's like Janagrahaa, Trustee at Bangalore Hospice Trust and Anga Karunya Kendra and help the Spastics Society of Karnataka.Also a member of professional bodies such as NHRD and NIPM and management committee member for the Bangalore Management Association and have been a speaker at various HR forums, CII seminars, Employers Federation of India and All India Management Association as well as the guest lecturer at management institutes and universities.
