• Working on SAP 720 Materials Management Module, Creating Purchase Order for Capital, Revenue and Services, local as well as Import Orders.• Preparation of Import, Annual & Scrap Contracts as per Buyer's negotiations.• Preparation of Sourcing Sheet (Office Note) for Capital, Material, Service, import & Scrap• Maintaining Tax structure in SAP system. • Creation of Comparative Statements for bench marking for negotiations with the suppliers;• Updating the Vendor Data base in SAP through proper channel, as per the negotiations done by Buyers.• Creation of Vendor data base and tracking of the Purchasing Documents.• Solving Internal & External problems for regularization of pending Invoices and Payment issues with the guidance of Buyers. • Use of E Mail for various follow-ups in day-to-day purchase activities• Tracking the document which is the sending to internal audit & finance department.• Co-ordinate with SCM department and Finance and users to resolve the pending matters like GRN making and regularization of critical payments.• SAP related queries/follow-ups.• Supporting End-Users in trouble shooting issues related to activities like PR, SLA, PO, Contract Taxes & Vendor issue etc.• Releasing Contract, Purchase Order & Scrap Contract.• Tracking the Document which is the sending to CFO & CEO Approval.• Maintaining Vendor master data and Material master in SAP system.• Handling issue regarding Supply Relationship Management.• Co-ordinate with SCM department to update Schedule line for production support.• Price negotiations with suppliers regarding IT materials & Stationary material.• Creating Schedule line agreement for direct material local as well as Import.
