 Successfully completed the migration of On-Premise Infrastructure to the Cloud, achieving 100% cloud coverage. Hosted SaaS-based LOS and LMS applications in the cloud environment. Significantly reduced cloud expenditure by approximately 33 lakhs by rightsizing the EC2 instances. Implemented a Disaster Recovery (DR) solution on AWS with a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 30 minutes and a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of less than 5 minutes. This was achieved at near-zero cost using extreme runtime automation for lending applications with business-defined RTO and RPO of 2 hours and 4 hours, respectively. Achieved a 99.9% compliance level for endpoints. Successfully concluded regulatory and statutory audits for IT governance and compliance, addressing any minor non-compliances. Enhanced the overall Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) from 84% to 98% by refining IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Effectively managed the IT infrastructure of over 200 branches across PAN India. Overseeing the total IT budget of 40 crores for Credit business in the EUC and application domains. Realized a reduction of 2.46 crores in overall IT expenditure through various cost-saving initiatives such as migration, IT resource optimization, and contract negotiations. Engaged with business leaders and application support groups to understand AWS requirements and facilitated infrastructure readiness.
