Responsible for fetching new formulation from OPTIVA to SAP.Responsible for latest stroke availability in SAP.Ensure availability of specification,BOM, Shade card or shade panel, instruments availability for testing & equipment for processing.For critical batch ensured the availability of TF (Major Formulations)Monthly report preparation & publishing.

Handling the team of 16 manpower in the shift.Responsible for allocation of the work as per settlement norms.Ensure packing should be done as per defined SKU.Ensuring delivery of critical customer on time without defect.Label verification as per STD.Follow up for critical equipment breakdown.

Hand on experience of pigment, resin, Solvent & extender testing (Both for Plant & OPC).Hand on experience in the calibration of quality equipments (Both for Plant & OPC)Hand on the experience packing material testing & approval part.New vendor development support for raws material as well as packing material to supply chain.Hand on experience for the finish good testing part & approval.Documentation that required for IMS audits.Preparation of monthly reports.Complaint sample analysis & feedback reports.Responsible for third party audits.
