• Responsible for implementing full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing offers.• Involved in depth assessment/ analysis of skill sets requirement.• Searching and identifying potential candidates from portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, and other Job boards)• Did talent management to recruit and hire right people with right skill.
