• Controlling the lifecycle of all changes to the enterprise environment, owned, planned, impact and risk assessed, tested, communicated, approved and reviewed post change• Preparing Performance report for individual and share with Higher Management (Productivity, Quality, Compliance etc)• Presenting Monthly Deck with Client and have discussion on various report• Prepare Weekly Productivity, Availability, Utilization report and present internally with Higher Manager• Prepare Roster for both the location so that everyone is working on rotation basis and every shift• Validate the RFC –Document as per the requirement then raise the change• Continuously follow-up with support team for relevant notification updates as per SLA, and drive resolution• Check risk level and impact assessment based on outage• Check the conflict detection, blackout and valid change report• Priority to customer delights by having frequent interaction with customer
