Employee Recruitment & Management :• Recruitment, hiring and employee relations in departments.• Recruitments through references, consultancies and free job boards.• Background Verification Employee Training• Keeping in touch with the training institutes & WRTC (west region training center).• Scheduling, arranging the training course.• Keeping proper record of the trainings. HR Administration• Maintain the records of attendance register, daily labour time card of Technician, etc.• Managing office events right from planning to execution• Preparing & maintaining proper record of Organization chart.• Producing reports about the activities whenever demanded by the manager, Hyundai auditor & Hyundai APSM (Area Part & Service Manager).• Managing PMS reports and documentation Compensation & Benefits• Jogeshwari, Govandi & Kolshet Manager, Technician, Staff & Service Advisor monthly incentive Report to be sent to Branch Head / HR Manager.• Handling monthly salary attendance report.• Payroll processing• Conveying the information to employees of ESIC and informing the employees about the ESIC benefits. Also, submitting documents to ESIC Office, banks, etc.• Maintaining the data of leave applications and available leaves of the employees.• Helping the manager in evaluating the performance of each and every employee for an appraisal.
