Arranging administrative Facilities and ensuring participation of identified staff.Regularly informing Training Dept. at HO about training needs at various sites.Coordinating induction programs and motivational activities.HR Functions:To Assist the Manager-HR in day to day function of HR dept.Joing formalities & Induction of new employees.Completion of annual appraisal / confirmation process of staff in coordination from HO HRD.Co-ordinate with HO-HRD for HR operational issue as arise during the course of action.Monitoring the reports of dept related my dept like MIS, Admin Reports,Attendance reports, Absconding report timely to be sent to HO.Site visit as per req.Liaisioning Function:Liasioning with Govt. Agency/Client/Any other agency as arise from time to time.Major Work Experience in:PROFILE –Monitoring deployment of Labour and Trade Test.Maintaining records pertaining to Labour & Labour Contractor ‘s & Periodic
