Current• Managed critical projects ensuring scope, cost, schedule and customer expectations were met while enhancing quality and cost estimation and manage budgets to improved project margin by 5%.• Work closely with reputed clients like NTPC, RRVUNL, MPPGCL etc. to understand their requirements & securing various approvals on drawings, MOC, ITPs, dispatch clearances and resolution to queries.• Leading a team of Project Management and Planning engineers to ensure seamless execution of Projects and Planning operations. Identify training needs & groom the team to achieve organisation objective & personal growth.• Identify, priorities, communicate and resolve project Risks while creating Risk mitigation plans.• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to settle scope changes and claims.• Oversaw Project planning, Production planning, Procurement planning, resource scheduling, monitoring and control to ensure on-time project completion.• MIS to concern stakeholders on regular interval.• Conduct comprehensive contract analysis for specific, quality and general requirements.• Collaborate with the Engineering department to ensure the timely release of technical specifications, Quality document from QA and SCM for order placement. Additionally, conduct regular progress review involving SCM, Vendors and Management to address key focus areas.• Application of Advance Authorization License to DGFT for Project Imports in co-ordination with EXIM & closing after completion of Project supplies.• Monitor Procurement cost, Outsourcing Cost & Conversion cost and calculate ECTC & take appropriate action to complete the project within budget.• Oversaw vendor-based manufacturing and provided technical assistance during order execution and development.• Developed & enrolled Digital project like Digital Job Timecard, eShopX (paperless shop floor) & Machine Learning (Cost Prediction module for Pulveriser).
