Worked as Project Manager for Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) for the New (Sea)Port Project, Doha. Integration of port-wide BMS, Power Management System, Utilities such as Waste Water Pump Stations, Fire/fresh water Pump Stations, Sea Water Pump Stations, Potable Water Pump Stations and Land Fuel Systems delivered by different contractors and system vendors to IBMS platform having 35 workstations spread across different control rooms and maintenance rooms, and 39 industrial tablets, for monitoring and controlling subsystems.

I was heading the ELV System division and the job responsibilities includes:Review ELV system design done by the consultant/sub-consultant with respect to the contractdesign guidelines. Ensure that the design meets the power and HVAC requirements needed for the ELV systems.Review and understand the contract scope of works and functional/operational requirementspertaining to the ELV systems. Obtain ELV Systems proposals on time from system integrator on time. Review the vendors/system integrator's techno-commercial proposals and to ensure that the proposals from different parties are comparable and their design is the most cost effective.Ensure that the material and shop drawings are approved on time by the consultants and authorities without impacting the project schedule. Supervise and manage system engineers and inspectors to ensure the compliance ofinstallations with specifications and drawings. Resolve system project design issues andconstruction conflicts. Worked as the SAS system Interface Engineer at T3/C2 Dubai International Airport to the MEP Contractor, managing the team and closing out all the integration and interface issues related to Building Integration System (BIS). Interface issues handled:BHS, HVTS, Skytrain, IASS/PLB/PCA/400Hz/VGDS, BMS, FAS, Smoke Management, SACS and LCMS, which included requirements of electrical power, space and software data transfer between the systems. Also coordinated the containment clashes of these with other services. In addition, I was responsible for computer data network, WLAN and RF requirements.
