•Monitoring a control on physical stock to avoid production loss. •Monitoring physical stock of A, B & C class items with SAP system stock. •Follow up shipments with suppliers for parts delivery as per requirement •Establishment material handling system at vender end so as to avoid damage to component and easy flow at vehicle assembly line •Coordinating in between vender and their logistic provider to ensure timely supply of components at vehicle assembly line • Working as PIV co-ordinate for Bajaj Auto Ltd Chakan, to achieve yearly targets of Perpetual Inventory Verification.
