Talent Management:* Ensure managers are equipped to make informed decisions around people management. * Identification and monitoring of talent, key positions & succession plans; maintaining the talent bank* Decision taking on on-cycle and off-cycle promotion * Individual performance discussions with employees* Individual development discussion with key talents.* Work as HR Business Partner to support the recruitment of key talent by leading the recruitment & selection process.* Managing the employee lifecycle - including the exit process i.e. interviews, providing analysis and recommendation to proactively manage potential attrition issues.Engagement & Relationship:* Working within agreed frameworks, to provide support to managers for increased employee engagement and customer satisfaction.* Assist in the development of relationships between the business and the HR Team, and ensure appropriate action is taken in case there is an expectation gap in the delivery of HR services. * Leverage HR synergies and best practice across HR function & different business units as part of shared services.Learning & Development:

Explaining the code of conduct.Exit formalities - Conducting exit interviews, doing the clearance procedure, and also doing the attrition analysis. (a.k.a Triple Bottom line). The top management of TATA SSL LTD as well as Tata Centre for Community Initiative (TCCI) approved the project as a benchmark for future reporting initiatives.
