Current• Carry out inspections as deemed necessary to ensure that pressure component for non-nuclear service to be stamped with the ASME code mark are designed, fabricated and inspected in accordance with ASME code• Perform independent inspections to ensure all boiler and pressure vessels meet conformity assessment standards and procedures in accordance with the manufacture’s scope of work and the applicable ASME codes. • Verify that material used to construct vessel meets the code requirements. • Verify the welding procedures and all welders, operators are qualified according with ASME, PED, AWS D 1.1 requirements.• Conduct inspection to ensure that all requirement of ASME code meets.• Review and sign manufacturing data report for each vessel.• Verify all weld defects and imperfections are acceptably repaired.• Witness bust test as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and Sec. X• Monitor compliance of each activity of Certificate Holder’s Quality Control Manual on an ongoing basis. • Participate in ASME joint reviews of assigned shops including review an acceptance of ASME Certificate Holder’s Quality Manual.• Successfully delivered technical trainings to the client on ASME Codes. • Successfully handled ASME joint review for U, U2, UM, RP, designator/stamp, etc. of assigned shop.• Organized technical trainings successfully in the Pune Region therefore company’s visibility has increased and helped in business growth.• Hands on experience on PED module A2 & D1, G1 & Module J.
