As a techno-functional BA, I am responsible for handling UI/UX portal development (Corporate and Retail claims) for Life portfolio of Digit and my work includes:1. Gathering the requirement and preparing BRD.2. Well, my work is not just limited to preparing BRDs, but also includes getting the project delivered on UAT, Preprod, production and taking care of after completion services.3. Coordinating with different stakeholders and teams for timely delivery.4. I handle the annuity product configurations on ABS and Annuity income payout process to annuitant holder. Testing end to end functiinality. 5. Preparing user story, test cases and test scenario planning sprint. Getting the requirement delivered on UAT, preprod, production.6. Also Have an experience of working on policy issuance tool: ABS Allianz Business Software7. Have worked with Life portfolio of Digit and is currently handling modules such as Corporate claims and retails claims portal development. 8. Also have successfully delivered multiple microservices under these modules like Penal interest, Penny drop functiinality, TDS. I hold a prestigious PGDM in Insurance and Risk Management at the National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET), Jhansi.With a strong academic foundation, I bring practical experience from a 1.7 year in the FMCG sector.
