Manage 6 subsystems to design and manufacture a competitive car-driver package:Impact Attenuator, Pedals, Steering Wheel, Seat and Harness, Firewall and Closeouts, Headrest Lead a team of 13 multi-disciplinary engineering, industrial design, and business majors.* Understood and communicated the importance of driver comfort and confidence* Built a simulation rig to empirically test the ergonomics before implementation* Halved the weight of our headrest through a radical unibody redesign* Improved the effectiveness of our fire protection system by introducing a new layup structure* Redesigned the pedal box so that only 2 bolts need to be completely removed to adjust the position* Implemented a curved carbon fiber composite seat, to reduce mass of a seat insert

Designed and manufactured scale model of 20e racecar while remote for 1st semester. Utilized multi-material 3D printing, and interfaced with the team at large to ensure accuracy.

* Responsible for conceptualization, design, testing, and implementation of the laser-part-marking station for a new production line* Designed and built test stations and interfaced with vendors to prove out part serialization technology* Architected inventory tracking and tracing strategy through interfacing with 5 teams

*Developed vision-guided actuators to position windows in construction sites, greatly improving on-site efficiency* Simplified side actuator for DFM and DFA while retaining functionality
