*I am a molecular pharmacologist passionate towards deciphering signaling cascades to derive meaningful solutions for unmet needs in biotech and pharma*I have gained experience across oncology, biomarker discovery, preclinical in vitro models, Biomarker discovery, target validation, project management, and medical communications*I have learned from the best of both worlds- clinical and bench science. With the knowledge of research, development, and science communication I chose to take the path of research after my stint as a Medical Affairs professional.*As a PhD candidate I have gained skills and expertise in GPCR signaling and molecular pharmacology. I wear many hats in my day-to-day life where I design, execute, and analyze experiments to understand more about the specific GPCRs and their relationship with ECM in prostate and breast cancers.* Life-long learner, I enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with other research groups to study GPCRs and characterize biomarkers while expanding my understanding of both molecular and high-throughput wet-lab techniques. During my PhD I have presented my work at several conferences in various formats – posters (6), oral presentations (3) and received awards (7). *My passion towards communicating science has always been a part of my journey (Medical Affairs- Novartis) . I am experienced in developing manuscripts, abstracts, slide decks and other medical communication deliverables as a writer for some major clinical trials in Respiratory and Ophthalmology portfolio and received awards for pioneering few customers friendly deliverables.*Over the years I have honed my interpersonal skills to be a problem-solver, an effective communicator, a valuable contributor, a leader, a dynamic team player and a collaborator.*I am seeking research-based positions in biotech and pharma
