As a service crew at Soto Ayam Cak Son, I provided excellent customer service, handled cash transactions, and prepared food orders for six months. I applied my communication, presentation, and analytical skills to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality. I also learned valuable lessons about teamwork, problem-solving, and time management in a fast-paced environment.Prior to that, I worked as an expert staff of the Ministry of Social Affairs at the Executive Student Council of the University of Brawijaya, where I supported the development and implementation of various social programs and initiatives. I also served as a staff of the budget division at the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, where I contributed to the planning and management of the council's budget and finances. Through these experiences, I gained insights into the civic and social organization industry, and developed my leadership, strategy, and advocacy skills.
