ETB and NTB profitability. Advise business for appropriate actions for strategy review / planning based on the segment profitability. Behavior analysis of customers based on spending category, revolver / transactor and propose activation campaigns. Support in designing CVPs with the cost and revenue analysis of existing customers. Advise periodic upgrades and downgrades of customer segments. Main bank analysis based on customer transactions. Detailed MOB base funding analysis to understand the qualified funding % growth and advice product acquisition team for the right engagement accordingly. Channel leverage analysis to understand the revenue to cost ratio for the sourcing job family. In depth analysis on liabilities based on dormancy and inactivity. Manage exits based on Inactivity and Dormancy. Identify the negative revenue yielding customers and do further deep dives at product level and understand the root cause and give insights to business for further action plans including exit management.
