• Getting Data from Multiple banks, sorting bucket wise to 8 Executives.• Coordinating with the Zone TL’s for Collections of 0-30 & 30-60 bucket of Residential Base.• Maintaining Telecallers (12Nos) and providing the separate data for each.• Maintaining the feedback from each telecaller.• Arranging the executives for payment collection.• Sending the Day to day MIS for all banks.• To Ensure Due date collection “Payment Reminder SMS “will be flashed to customer• Taking care of service related issues.
