I bring 19 months of hands-on experience as a Production Supervisor at Mahindra & Mahindra, where I was responsible for overseeing the Thar and Scorpio assembly lines and XUV bodyshop, ensuring seamless production operations, and leading initiatives to improve process efficiency. During my time at Mahindra, I successfully implemented several Kaizen projects, reducing defects and enhancing overall product quality.In my MBA journey, I am focused on deepening my understanding of operations, supply chain management, and strategic decision-making.
