A good to great experience in field of gastronomy. It was a great feeding of lots of learning when I craving for best of learning. Worked there in restaurants like Kebabsville (which is also a mother restaurant of Barbeque Nations chain) and The Square for around year almost in every sections of kitchen. Closely associated with training department for upgrading the standards of kitchen and staff of the hotel. Successfully completed and trained on Work safety & Food safety modules by Sayaji Hotels Limited, Post training behaviour, telephone handling, basic etiquette, FOSS (Focus on service spirit), Commis 2 development program, Induction for new joiners, IT Training and HOT/MT Selection process, Developing modules for staff as required for business all was a part of my key roles.Got 2 times Wow card (appreciation) during the tenure in Sayaji Hotels Limited.

It was my 1st industrial training. Fortunately, I got selected in Gand Hyatt Goa for my industrial training.
