He was the marketing and recruitment manager at Western Sydney University Indonesia, Surabaya Campus. He is responsible for providing expert advice to prospective students, delivering high-level customer service in support of student recruitment, and ensuring active promotion of the Western Sydney University brand across key recruitment channels and in all interactions with stakeholders. He has more than ten years of experience in the higher education industry in various roles, including lecturer, internal auditor, public relations, and student recruitment. Apart from experience in the world of higher education, he also has practical experience in the world of manufacturing as an assistant director of operations and as a commercial loan marketer and analyst in the banking industry. He holds a Master Degree in Magister Management Technology for Industrial Management expertise from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya. His latest education is a MicroMaster in Design Thinking from Rochester Institute of Technology (RITx).
