As the Chief Product Officer (CPO) of ACCESSTRADE Global, my role is to lead the vision, strategy, and development of our global product offerings. In my current role as the CEO of Interspace Indonesia since August 2019, I've been leading and managing the "ACCESSTRADE" affiliate advertising platform, pioneering it as the first Real CPA-affiliate platform in Indonesia. My responsibilities include charting strategic direction to achieve operational and financial goals, advocating for a notable market share in the Indonesian digital marketing landscape through educating advertisers and publishers about the advantages of affiliate marketing, and building strong relationships within the industry.

In my role as General Manager at Interspace Indonesia from November 2018 to July 2019, I held a pivotal position overseeing and managing the "ACCESSTRADE" affiliate advertising platform, pioneering the first Real CPA-affiliate platform in Indonesia. My responsibilities encompassed providing strategic direction to achieve operational and financial objectives, fostering growth and performance improvement, and cultivating strong relationships with advertisers and publishers within the Indonesian market. I also spearheaded the transformation of the development team into a global support center, elevating services for Interspace businesses across multiple regions, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

During my role as a Software Development Manager at Interspace Indonesia from April 2014 to November 2018, I led and directed a dedicated development team to strategically support Interspace's business objectives. This involved ensuring the timely delivery of project solutions and proposals in a high-quality and timely manner. I meticulously planned and executed project schedules and timelines, meticulously detailing project plans, and applying effective strategies to guarantee successful project outcomes. Additionally, I prioritized people development, emphasizing their growth and expertise, and functioned as an SEO expert, focusing on maximizing inbound organic traffic through JurnalApps (jurnalapps.co.id).

In my role as a Product Manager for Content & Applications at XL Axiata from August 2012 to April 2014, I excelled in developing, delivering, and overseeing a variety of Social Network & Game services. My duties included guaranteeing revenue generation from these services and effectively managing partnerships with both local and global partners. Particularly noteworthy is my contribution to major projects in collaboration with renowned global partners like KAKAOTALK, WECHAT, FACEBOOK, and various payment gateways, which significantly elevated XL Axiata's service portfolio and user engagement.

In my capacity as a Value-Added Services (VAS) Supervisor at Bakrie Telecom from October 2011 to July 2012, I was in charge of developing, delivering, and monitoring a range of Social Network & Messaging services. My role entailed ensuring revenue contribution from these services and managing partnerships with both local and global partners. I played a vital role in enhancing and maintaining social network applications, including Facebook Application (BREW), Facebook SMS, Twitter Application (BREW), and Google SMS.

During my position as a Web Programmer Supervisor at Bakrie Telecom from July 2007 to September 2011, I assumed a leadership role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring optimal workflow for external partners. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing day-to-day project progress, maintaining feasible project deliverability, and providing guidance for detailed programming and development tasks related to internal systems and websites.

During my tenure at Narrada Communication, from June 2005 to June 2007, I undertook responsibilities such as conceptualizing projects and maintaining efficient workflows for external partners. I supervised day-to-day project progress to ensure achievable project deliverables while completing detailed programming and development tasks for both internal systems and websites.
