• Draft, finalize, and submit contracts with clients and subcontractors for work on private- and government-sector projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws on contracting, conflict of interest, and confidential business information• Work with project managers and corporate leadership to manage and track financial resources and performance on complex projects, including maximizing profit on fixed-cost contracts• Compile research and reports on historical and developing regulatory regimes to inform decisions and actions of management and business development personnel

• Worked directly with campaign manager and other senior staff to plan an execute strategy on a high-profile Congressional campaign that resulted in the incumbent candidate winning by more than 6 points in a heavily redrawn swing district.• Coordinated get out the vote efforts, including distribution and tracking of walk lists, call lists, and promotional materials; coordinating poll watchers on Election Day; and keeping detailed records of results on Election Day.• Assisted in finding and analyzing opinion poll results and sharing results and analysis with candidate and senior campaign staff • Utilized several data sources to compile and maintain a database of donors, volunteers, and other campaign contacts that was used to keep in touch with these supporters and build attendance at fundraisers, rallies, and other events.
