Prospecting for new business and generating leads.• Ensure a clear understanding of products at all times and any changes to same and communicating these. Be aware of trends that would impact and influence chemical product market and profitability.• Meet growth targets and goals.• Procurement of raw material.• Provide timely and professional customer service to stakeholders. Make recommendations and focus on continuous process improvement. • People management, coaching and support: Providing informal and formal coaching support to team. Lead, guide and mentor teams.
