A small, but relentless advertising and creative agency based in Oslo.I started out as a creative, developing ideas and concepts. Dipped my feet into copywriting too. Learned HTML & CSS by myself, as we where making websites, but lacked internal development resources. And then crafted various websites and webshops.We had a culture of learning new things, and would often do tasks we had no prior experience in doing, that would also need to live up to our high quality standards - This taught me how to effectively learn any skill quickly.We also started with Growth Hacking when it was still fresh, in 2013. This made us adapt to a habit of working with data, doing CRO for several big hotel websites.
