I am a highly focused, collaborative and passionate Fine Arts and Education graduate and current Master of Management Candidate. My greatest strength is my ability to recognize people's skills and talents, and I enjoy taking a people-centred approach to solving problems fostered on the stage and in classrooms.Every project group you work on has energy and needs feedback. In theatre and working with kids, I have learned to check the energy in the room to capitalize on creative momentum to get results.A mindset of appreciation of what has been done and growth. In art, we accept and value what has come before and find ways to grow.
