Developing deep knowledge and understanding of multiple order management systems from a broad view to a detailed execution along with being the sole resource for pre- and post-sales support to internal and external customers to optimize sales and revenue volume. Communicating and working with the pricing and contracts departments, and the purchasing department on backorders, product availability, options for unavailable product, pricing and contracts. I am accountable for proactive and timely resolutions for all operations supported issues and metrics. I need to follow up with distributions centers to ensure orders are shipped correctly, solve questions or issues that arise. Working with purchasing managers on all incoming d buyers to expedite open vendor purchase orders inclusive of contacting the vendor. Working directly with District Sales Managers on all incoming orders, product availability backorders, order status and order shipment. Fielding product and process questions from customers and coordinate interactions between sales, shipping, and finance and materials departments. Processing products quotes submitted by the sales team. Publishing daily sales and backorder reports to customers and internal MSD team .Handling project execution actions and overall coordination between strategic solutions team and the sales team while also, assisting the rest of the customer service department as needed.
