Enterprise Quality Assurance Analyst
Current• Responsibilities include executing tests, identifying, analyzing, and documenting the defects, as well as analyzing questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in business rules and requirements• Responsible for building and executing test plan for maintenance release and product upgrades• Work with senior QCoE team members to build comprehensive test plans based on business requirements • Inquire about questionable functions or inconsistencies in relation to business rules and implementation• Engage with Business Analysts to specify software requirements and ensure alignment with test documents and development teams• Identify and help reconcile gaps in business requirements to ensure accurate acceptance of test cases• Draft, maintain, and run over 100 test scenarios • Execute multiple types of testing in black-box technique, including but not limited to: System testing, Acceptance testing, and Regression testing• Log and track over 100 defects while effectively managing and maintaining an organized workflow in Quality Center • Participate and help plan defect meetings with Business Analysts and Development Team to go over defect status as well as testing status• Draft and send out daily test status emails to project team
