Role was a critical part of the strategic sourcing management team through the implementation of the sourcing projects, running sourcing projects end-to-end, contract drafting and advisory, supplier negotiations and monthly supplier relationship engagement initiatives among other category management procurement activities.Implementing and leading sourcing initiatives to drive Total Cost of Ownership, Preferential Procurement and localisation. Developing the procurement Road Map for MEA Countries: Middle East and 11 African Countries including, SA, Nigeria, Kenya DRC, Zambia aligned to Group Global Sourcing Strategy. Strategic Sourcing of Local and International vendors. Driving Cost savings initiatives. Running with RFP/RFQ tender process (advertising, evaluation, adjudication and awarding) via the eSourcing tool. Supplier Management including negotiations and SLA management Sourcing and continuous benchmarking of existing services provided by vendors mainly:Technology, Facilities Management, Canteen Services Travel, Ground Transportation, Courier Services, Cash in Transit Services, Security Services, Managed Printing Services, Car Program Developing and driving Supplier Transformation Plans aligned to Group BBBEE strategy Management of all projects pertaining to localization including full sourcing, costing, contract management and pricing.

 Sourcing and continuous benchmarking of existing services provided by vendors (mainly IT, Human Resources, Marketing and Facilities Management). Project Management. Responsible for managing supplier performance. Contract and SLA Drafting. Contract Management – Supplier Management. Responsible for revising and publishing Local Procurement Policies and Procedures/ Processes. Ensuring that Policies and Procedures are adhered to on a Company and Supplier level. Align with Global Policies and Procedures. Operational Procurement - ensuring service levels are met and there’s continues flow of goods and services (minimal supply interruptions). Stakeholder Management
