• Assemble, review, verify invoices and check requests • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices • Load payments onto the banking system • Three-way matching of invoices- Capex and Opex • Processing of supplier / customer invoices into the ledger (Sap) • Preparation of supporting payment packs for review by FM • Distribution of remittance advice and POP to internal and external parties • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies • Preparation of monthly Accounts payable / Receivable recons • Load new suppliers / customers onto Sap • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries •Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to management on creditor’s status/outstanding payments • Clear open items on GI/IR •Run the age analysis • Send out invoices and statements • Allocation of payments, Billing customers • Bank reconciliation • Manage expense tracker• Petty cash • Assist auditors with year-end audit
