· Continuously attending business development sessions and mentorship (financial management and growth wheel)· Conducting market research, writing financial forecasting and costing, business plans and production plans for funding and planning purposes of planting· Integrated Pest Management through scouting for signs of diseases and pests and keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases· Frequent updating and reporting on crop progress as well as projecting production outcomes based on agronomical characteristics and facts for designated farming units· Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards· Continuously visiting designated farming units to follow up and help solve challenges, problems and monitor general progress · Harvesting different crops at the appropriate time by hand or with the use of machinery such as Potatoes, Cabbages and Onions.· Expertise in tasks such as crop management and fertilization, farm equipment maintenance and repair and, field cultivation, and driving heavy machinery· Preparing plans and schedules for planting and ensuring staff understands expectations and monitoring crop growth and soil conditions to ensure that they are suitable for growing crops.• Attending monthly workshops and networking events, and leading in weekly team schedules

· Intergrated Pest Management (IPM) : Scouting for citrus and macadamia trees· Oversee the land preparations are done accurately and on time and capturing daily operational data· Quality Control during harvesting · Training and Monitoring farm labourers· Transplanting citrus seedlings and propagation· Applying frost-guard techniques on citrus trees· Pruning and trimming of citrus and Macadamia trees· Stock taking, budget planning costing, and financial forecasting· Checking Brix and acid levels of citrus fruits· Excellent reporting capabilities· Driving a tractor, motorbike and a quadbike· On farm stock management with safe stock storage, regular stock taking and implementation of inputs

• Facilitation of classroom procedures· Supervise large groups under the supervision of the class teacher and monitor student progress in the subject· Ensure that there are detailed and reliable records of individual’s progress and attending monthly workshops· Ensure proper collection and recording of students data in the organization cloud drive· Perform duties assigned by the senior mathematics teacher and head of the school· Prepare, develop, maintain and deploy appropriate learning aids, materials and equipment to assist in teaching· Evaluate and revision of lessons for individuals and groups of pupils· Contribute to the development of a purposeful working atmosphere and implement and monitor the schools behavior and any related policies and procedures· Administer tests and examinations according to the school and manage the recording, testing and analysis of data to inform future planning and target setting
