My senior year of high school I successfully student directed my first musical, Chicago during a teacher strike. I communicated between departments, problem solved, made important decisions, initiated team building, managed and clearly instructed the cast and crew of what was needed. When I was 11 years old I taught myself on how to sew and knit. When I got to high school I continued to expand my knowledge and had the opportunity to gain more experience through creating costumes for theatrical shows. Once I graduated I began my own business making baby clothes, in which I have gained experience advertising, marketing, effectively communicating with customers, and providing products in a timely manner. Once covid began with everything become digital I found that it was the perfect chance to take a web design class, I learned how to code html websites using css, Wordpress, and bootstrap. I wanted to learn more about creating digital businesses and took a class on creating e-commerce websites using Shopify. This course not only helped me gain more web design experience, it gave me more experience using photoshop to create products for the website, taught me how to create product mock-ups and descriptions, and taught me how design logos. After enjoying coding html websites I decided to dive deeper into computer engineering enabling me with more tools. I am currently learning how to code in C++.
