Precious, Neely is a USAF Cybersecurity Test Planner, Assistant Lab Manager, and ISSO. She is leading a diverse cross-functional team for a cybersecurity laboratory effort. She has designed a multi-million dollar cyber lab and developing the AF’s first ($42M) cybersecurity test range. She is passionate about women in tech advocacy. Precious is an information security researcher, manufacturing engineer, talk show host, and founder of Preciously Organic. She has architected multiple DoD capabilities and led numerous women empowerment events. •Utilized information technology security principles, commonly applied concepts and practices, assessed known risk factors, and advised on vulnerability to attack from various sources. Developed tactical standard operating procedures and methods to protect systems and applications from viruses, data tampering and unauthorized system entry.
