Precious Olusele-Fred is a social impact leader and nation-builder with a keen passion for youth, social development, media, and public relations.He currently works as a Media Assistant at Okomu Oil Palm Company PLC, and his work encompasses digital media strategy, brand communication, community, and public relations.As the Operating Officer for Matadors Leadership Institute, Precious successfully coordinated the Osun Girls Can Code project, a STEM initiative that saw to the training of 300 secondary school girls and 60 female science teachers on Coding, Web Development, and mobile app development in Osun State, NigeriaHe is the Team Lead and founder of The Emerging Builders Network (Tebnet), a Non-governmental and Non-profit organization that is engaging, equipping, and educating young persons in rural and suburban communities across Africa with skills that will enable them to skill up and collaborate to drive change in their communities.Precious is an award-winning public speaker interested in education, social development, community building, leadership, governance, and youth engagement.He is the Convener of Emerge Conference, an annual event helping young people solve business, education, career development, technology, and social entrepreneurship problems.He is also the Convener of the Osun State Inter-School Idea Contest (BrainBox), where secondary school students proffer solutions to social problems using their ingenuity.A graduate of Mass Communication from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, Precious served as the Assistant Director of Publicity and Secretary-General of the Association of Mass Communication students between 2013/2014 and 2016/2017 academic sessions, respectively.He has interned with Imo Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), Orient Television as an Assistant Programme Director, and with Rave FM, Osogbo as an On-Air personality for the Morning Rave show. Precious has volunteered in different projects and programmes towards human and societal development, and he is still willing to do more because he believes "what we do for ourselves we take to the grave, but what we do for others we live behind."He is willing to collaborate with individuals and organizations on projects around community mobilization and development, education enhancement, people, organization and nation-building, youth mobilization and engagement, and youth governance.
