Dr. Blagojević has worked in multiple Civil Engineering disciplines, including: construction, supervision, management, design, and design revision. During his career, he has worked for a variety of ordering parties from abroad and national ones from the government, non-government and private sector, which provided him with the insight into numerous administrative procedures and cooperation types. For the past thirty years, he has performed research and teaching of Concrete structures and materials behaviour. He is experienced in design of concrete structures according to the national, EU, and Russian (SNIP) standards. Dr. Blagojevic's extensive design experience consists of 200+ references. He received a prestigious bi-annual national Association of Constructors award 'The Best Design Solution', as a team member for Reconstruction of Belgrade's 'Ušće' Business Center in Belgrade after 1999. bombardment, in 2006 (www.uscetower.com). In 2014 Dr. Blagojević was awarded the plaque by the Society for Testing and Research Materials and Structures of Serbia for exceptional acheivements in the research of construction materials, for the best doctoral thesis in the 2011-2014 period.
